The full Mueller report can’t be released to the general public. But by legal precedent, it needs to be released to Congress. For now, Barr will continue to cover up the report. Eventually the courts will rule on whether he has to turn it over to Congress. But they have the Constitutional responsibility of oversight of the president so rightfully should get it uncensored.
