TheBukafax
It’s early but he’s everything Mularkey was plus a load of mouldable adaptability. Its been really impressive. His aggressiveness has been awesome. I was glad he didn’t go for the 4th and 1 today for balance and unpredictablity. I hope things stay positive for a decision making stand point. OILERMAN
Not starting Mariota was a mistake and the drive before the half was cowardly but I like what I see so far

TitanedUpSince'70
Vrabel is the Punisher. If you question his tactics, you die the death of a small dog.
SuperFreak90
Not so much a meat head to me anymore. Looks like the real deal head coach now
Justafan
Small sample size but I think he's done well, especially considering the roster limitations they've had with all the injuries. Love the big four and the QB coach and I really can't remember the last time I could say that. When was the last year Schwartz and Heimerdinger were here? It's been a while. He'll be a meathead until the day he dies but that has nothing to do with being a good HC. Harbaugh is one of the best coaches in the NFL in the last 20 years and he's a huge meathead
Oilertattoo
Back to back weeks of a nice game plan and well coached football. Lafleur, Peas, Aukerman and Vrable getting it done.

Former_Fan
They are getting it done for sure. Imagine this staff with a healthy roster and Marcus playing like his rookie year...

Maybe from a football standpoint there isn’t much. From a personnel standpoint there def is. Both seem to have gotten the team to feel like a band of brothers so far. Fighting for one another is just as important as schematic efficiencies.
Titanstattoo25
Vrabel has twice as many wins as losses as a head coach in the NFL, very impressive.
