Theres no no way to prove Reich will be great. I have said I have no other reasons to think he is going to be successful outside of the production and consistency of the offense he ran in Philly and the growth of their QB idk what else to say. That’s my defense and whether you approve or not idgaf. I’m sticking to it. I think he will be a fine HC. Way better than what they thought they were getting and better than what they had. theyre getting a HC with a proven track record as an OC who appears to be mental stable and has a scheme that works. Because he's a SB winning coordinator.....of course so was Charlie Weis, Romeo Crennel, Ken Whisenhunt, Steve Spagnoulo, etc Until we see what these guys are actually like as HC, its hard to tell. What do we really know about Reich other than what's on paper. A lot of factors that go into the success of a HC. As far as Schwartz goes, I remember his teams being incredibly undisciplined. Always at the top in penalties and overall stupidity. The lack of discipline cost them a lot of games. He might do better with a 2nd shot, but I'd be iffy on him.
