He missed the entire 2015 season with a fractured vertebrae in his neck in game one. I don't think it's a big deal. Jamalisms
But when degree matters and people are discussing how high this guy's degree of injury risk is... is it a valid point to note the low degree of risk for others as an attempt to minimize concern for this guy? Injury risk is probably a disqualifier for this guy in my book. Fortunately, I'm not only not a GM... I hardly even do mock drafts.
Alcibiades
There's a big difference (as Oman admits) between a fracture from 2 years ago that has healed and bad knees, which are often for life. Ross is a time bomb, who might not last 5 years in the league. I wouldnt touch him in the first, even though I think he's a great WR.
KnoxTitan
I get the feeling that a lot of these "medicals" concerns are teams leaking rumors in the hopes of having a guy fall to them. If not, I'm forced to believe that there aren't any healthy college football players left anymore.
siamesedinasour
A guy who has been injured more than he hasn't been injured in college, and who is one of the smaller players in the draft, and one who has had relatively serious injuries to both knees... has medical concerns and might drop? No way.
TampaTitan
I'd say whatever likelihood there was of Williams being our 1st pick, whether it be at 5 or after a trade down, probably just went up some. If he's really the one they preferred of the 3, they definitely can't risk waiting until 18 now.
begooode
I knew the reality slap would be hard, but it was fun thinking about the potential he could bring to the offense.

Two days later this comes out and y'all say the shit above first Foster. Then Ross. Now i see yall just like to finger bang my mocks. In the stink Dude, get over yourself. Seriously, the mocks are bearable but you don't need to reference them in every single thread. Foster had known issues before, and Ross's injury history was even more known. STFU for once. This is a Cospiracey by The Duck! WTF is a "Cospiracey?" Methinks thou art mistaken sir. Kids that age heal well from surgeries all the time. The way everyone was talking this kid up, I really figured someone did an exam at the combine and cleared him medically. A surgical success story. It will/would be interesting to see an actual med report based on the current condition of his knees. To either confirm or deny the rampant speculation that his prospects for a long career are DOA. But with the post-combine buzz he garnered, I thought someone has seen some of his medical stuff and was reporting that he had healed well post surgeries. This sounds like his healing/rehab has been marginal. Maybe his flash won't extend beyond the pan. It's too close to draft time to take anything you hear like this seriously. The Titans have their data. We get leaks.

socaljake
The fastest player in the history of the NFL Scouting Combine won't even be on the board for some teams when the NFL draft commences next week. NFL Network draft expert Mike Mayock said Friday on a media teleconference that injury concerns have made Ross undraftable for some, and downgraded for others. "There are some teams that have pushed him either down their boards or off their boards because of injuries," Mayock said. "He's had surgery on his shoulder, he's had surgery on both knees, and he's got a small frame. So the durability is a big issue with him right now." http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000801683/article/mayock-john-ross-off-some-draft-boards-due-to-injuries
