And you can rightfully say that you're simply stating what you saw and that you think it looks bad.

Sure, but if the context is, "I was yelling because it was loud and he couldn't hear me." or something benign, you'd be rightfully accused of stirring the pot or doing shoddy journalism.

Facts without context isn't the truth. The phrase "lying by omission" is a thing for a reason.

Can we be a little more thin-skinned?  PK posts a video of one single Derrick Henry footwork drill that didn't go well and says that Henry had a footwork drill that didn't go well...  "ZOMG PK TRYING TO SAY HENRY SUCKS OMG OMG OMG FIRE HIM OMG!!!"  PK says that everyone showed up for the 1st day of OTAs except for Henry and some guy I've never heard of, and it's "OMG PK IS TRYING TO MAKE IT LOOK REALLY BAD OMG OMG OMG BAD JOURNALISM WHY IS HE SUCH A MEANIE???  OMG!"

PK... is that you?

Lemme guess, you tell your wife, "you'd be wise to take it easy on the desserts," then when she gets upset with you, you claim, "I didn't say you were fat. You came to that conclusion yourself. I'm just stating the fact that eating less dessert is better than eating more."

I haven't read this whole thread, but after the first 2 pages, I'm getting the sense that this might be part frustration part bad twitter etiquette. The frequent tags and mentions--twitter is a public space for sure, but also a social one. He isn't obligated to field question from the media there or put up with/address his own bad press there if he doesn't want to. It seems pretty click bait-y to me to tag DH in a post roasting him, hoping to rile up his fans.

It's common practice for sports writers to do this. I hate y'all are making me defend PK

He didn't call out Henry, but he just said it creates bad optics, which is does. That's it. Henry is soft who can't handle what he perceives as criticism.

Whatever Henry's deal is that's another topic of discussion. Kuharsky would still be Captain Dingleberry.

This is severely overblown.  Sure, it might have been better to let someone know that he'd like to be there, but has prior engagements.  But since it's VOLUNTARY, he obviously didn't deem it necessary.  There's nothing more to it.  People will jump to conclusions.. "oh, he's affecting team chemistry", "he doesn't care".. what a load of crap.  PK could have worded it better, bc to him, it "looks bad".  Yeah, might look bad to him, but the team didn't seem to care or even notice.  Him @ing Henry was unnecessary.  It almost seemed like, "hey Derrick, you owe me and your followers an explanation".  He owes them nothing.  I would expect this overreaction from Twitter followers and shit, but I expected smarter from people here.

I don't remember Henry making a fuss when PK was clearly trying to shit on him with the footwork video days after he was drafted. He wasn't thin-skinned then but he is now? Doubt it. No one is obligated to suffers others' s bullshit.  Taking shit from people isn't a sign of toughness for me.  Not to mention how ironic it is that some  of you are making a big deal out of twitter block while accusing someone  else of being .
