Marcus Mariota and the Titans offense continued their hot streak, but questionable coaching and a porous secondary nearly cost the Titans a win. At the end of the day, the Titans got the victory. Other games around the league also fell the Titans way, which sets up an intriguing matchup against the Broncos in Week 14 after the team wraps up their bye week.

Is it too early to crown Mariota as a franchise QB?   And if so, how much longer does he have  to keep up this level of play?

also, someone needs to point out the game Woodyard had today.   One of the only bright spots on defense.

couple of obvious topics

Mularkey's insistence on riding Murray even when Henry is the hot hand.

taking the ball out of Mariota's hands when the passing game was clicking

the whole coaching not to lose philosophy rather than coaching to win.

is the secondary just too far broken to mount a playoff run over the last 4 weeks.

Not such a big topic, but Lewan having the 2 facemask penaltys. Also, the special teams giving up another onside kick. Mariota setting the Titans franchise record for TDs in his 2nd year and moving to 8 straight games with 2+ TDs.

another angle is DLB's bend not break defense that has conceded more than 20pts in 7 consecutive games.

the scary part only 1 team we have faced in that time has an offense ranked in the top 12 in the league, that being the Chargers.

That's what kinda makes these next 4 games interesting. None of those teams really have an offense that really scares you, but will our defense make them look elite, due to how the defense has looked recently? The Bears receivers lost this game for them, these next 4 teams at least have better WR corps then the Bears do.

its a scary thought what the Falcons/Patriots/Saints would do to our defense.
