I doubt this makes much difference to the coach haters. It must be painful for the haters to find fault tonight, but they are making a noble effort. IsntLifeFunny
I didn't like him going back in the game, but man, he is running like he's possessed.

Jamalisms
Lol at the idiots arguing this at the time, btw. Murray has been under 4.0 yards per carry six times this year. Three of those are in the four games since this happened and in the fourth game he had the 75 yard run straight forward and then 3.0 yards per carry otherwise, looking quite sluggish that game as well. Yes, they "ruined" Murray. Morons.

But they're ignoring the fact that the guy is basically on the field for just about every offensive snap. Most importantly though is many of his carries were completely unnecessary. I was absolutely stunned when Mularkey brought him back into the Jaguar game. We were up by 4 goddamn TD's against a totally defeated, bad team that was mentally checked out. Murray just injured his toe, which is a terrible injury to have a for a back. You'd figure this would be the no brainer of the year, that he'd rest Murray the rest of the way. Nope. 2nd half started & Murray got 8 carries in the next 10 plays & hasn't been the same since. Remember when Eddie played with the bad toe in '00? He said he was never the same after that. Then there was the 14 carries in the 4th qtr of the 2 TD win against Miami as well. I like Mularkey but he handled this poorly.
NashvilleNinja
This is the difference between having a franchise QB and not having a franchise QB. If we didn't have Mariota Mularkey's gaffes would be glaring, front page news right now. Having Mariota pushes all those stories to page 3.
