I get that, but you mentioning how we have been smokescreening OT (protecting MM) the whole time has to be a joke?

The preference doesn't bother me one bit but you have stated plenty times how it's been clear all along we wanted a DB while everything else is just a consolation

Where have I stated this as fact? I may have said that could be the case. I have no clue what they are going to do. Everything I post of that nature is pure speculation.  I try to connect the dots like everyone else. The only reason I said we wanted a DB all along is because of that report. I could be wrong. They may want a tackle like all of the media says at this moment. It is my opinion that the media is wrong.  My opinion.  I'm leaving my opinion on a message board. It may not be your opinion, and that is fine. I don't consider you to be bonkers for having your own opinion.

How so?

Because you clearly want Ramsey bad & basically seem to have invented this storyline?

That said, I kind of agree. I don't know why but moving up for an OT just doesn't seem to jive with JRob's philosophy, coming from the Pats. But I'm thinking it's Buckner. Could be Ramsey though, both may drop a bit.

@BeedoeLawObviously it's an opinion. Everything on this board is. Literally nothing besides "breaking news updates" is all opinion. Unless you are claiming to be an expert I don't think this needs to be emphasized. To each their own and could come off as me throwing a hissy fit or whatever, but I just think it's comical that you were stating how people should read the writing on the wall that Ramsey is our trade up guy because reports linked us with wanting a DB if we trade back.... Along the fact that Ramsey had a good interview here when he came.

Yet, on the other hand you stated how you think that everything OT related is a smokescreen to make a team wanting defense all more likely to trade with us because they know we won't take him. I was just pointing out what I found was comical that you were referencing reports of us wanting a DB when there have been infinitely more reports of us wanting a OT.

Sorry if it came off as me attacking you and may have been (just starting a new extremely annoying project at work)

I've been on this theory for a while. When the draft process first began, the reports were the Titans preferred to trade back from the #1 pick and take a DB. (Ramsey or Hargreaves) Have most forgotten this? If the report is true, J Rob is still in a position to execute his initial plan.

Why was his initial plan not OT when he said successful teams are built in the trenches and protecting MM is the FO's #1 goal?

It very well could be, but in my opinion, they want Ramsey, and there has been pIenty to support my opinion. I could be wrong.

The "worst" part about this game is the fact that there are like 5 potential trade up targets with about 4 likely trade down suitors.

I am really excited to see JRobs true vision because hebcan literally play it anyway so assuming he'd be able to get a fair deal. I think he will get exactly what/who he wants.
