CharrdWood
This one is easy. It's Ruud hands down. Not sure you care, but I don't think it's fair to trash Ruud after one game, especially a game in which our beefed up, stop-the-run-first front four got tossed aside like ragdolls. And I think we all knew coming into the season that Ruud's strength is not as a run stopper. I'll personally withhold the hammer of judgment on Ruud for a couple more games. Michael Griffin gets my vote. Not a bad shout at all. As easy as it is to choose Marks as the whipping boy (and you'll brook no quarrel from me!), Griffin has flashed in the past and this is most definitely a put-up-or-shut-up season for him. There's probably a little too much focus on him because of the one glaring play he gave up, but the guy has to start bringin' his A-game week-in, week-out. He's shown in the past that he's capable. Marks, on the other hand, will in all likelihood simply go down as another 2nd-round bust.
Titans Dynasty
I don't understand the disdain for Rudd. He signed a one year deal, guys, and was an upgrade over Tully. Tully got abused last year in the passing game. Rudd is an experienced LB and solid tackler and we didn't have to tie up tons of money to get him. Help me understand. Nickey I got, but Rudd? Ruud whiffs a lot of tackles. I don't think he was an overall upgrade over Tulloch. It balanced out because Ruud is much better in coverage and Tulloch is much better at run stopping. We just switched specialties, but are the same over all, in my opinion. I think the reason Ruud has received so much flack on here is because our first game was against the team that Tulloch played best against. Tulloch was a great tackler, which is what we lacked against MJD and the Jags. Ruud probably won't look that great until the Denver game. Then we'll see why he was signed. Jamalisms
Gage is gone and Hope is out hurt....so who becomes the new whipping boy for this board? CJ already is.
NashvilleNinja
Gage is gone and Hope is out hurt....so who becomes the new whipping boy for this board? Chris "the Barret "the Matt Hasselbeck" Ruud" Johnson.
titansfan
We'll see how Babs does... I like him, but I think you guys may have overrated him so much in your minds to the point you might be disappointed.
Jamalisms
I'd like to replace Hope with a better player, and hopefully Babs is it. Who knows, though. Nobody has stepped up to fill Gage's kids size 2 shoes. I'm glad I don't have to worry that someone else isn't getting a fair shot on his account, but until someone mans up at WR beyond Britt... Gage's absence isn't really a positive.
Stan
Betcha Babs gets a pick or a big forced fumble at the end of the game to seal a victory.
Cyrus
Betcha Babs gets a pick or a big forced fumble at the end of the game to seal a victory. Flacco loves to throw outside the hash marks. I see Babs stealing an INT by breaking on a sideline pass in Cover 3.

IowaOiler
I vote for CJ. I love the dude and own a jersey with his name and number...but when you sign a contract like that after holding out (with 2 years still remaining on your contract), more is expected than sub-average RB play. Dmeade-
Matt Hasselbeck. The most important position on the field and him and his noodle arm are getting paid for it.

I like him, but I think you guys may have overrated him so much in your minds to the point you might be disappointed. No one is "overrrating" anyone. What is being underrated is Hope's empty gas tank. The guy is going to be 31 in a few weeks and is finished.

He's only had one full game with a brand new team/ new scheme and DC. He had 118 tackles last year with 85 solo. He had 14 tackles in the Ravens game. I agree Tully was better at stopping the run but but to crown him the new whipping boyafter 1 game because he can't tackle is pretty harsh imho.
