Well, just look at the depth chart. It’s objectively a 3 win lineup with a rookie QB. We are relying on garbage at too many positions. Arden Key as rusher #1 is beyond pitiful. Van Jefferson in a starting position is beyond pitiful. The LB crew is pathetic . The depth is atrocious. One decent WR. Of position groups, Only the RB’s, guards, DT and safeties are competitive caliber players. It’s going to be ugly again. Real ugly.

Of my 20 closest acquaintances in Iowa that voted Trump, I’d say that 5 are Trump cultist types, 5 that vote R no matter what, and 10 just to “F the system”. I think Iowa is a good barometer for Independent voters. Oman’s attitude of “they are dumb” will not win elections. As an example, if you want to forgive student loans, you’d better have some carrot to also dangle for blue collar workers who feel like that is bullshit, Tell them that “in the future we will have to SLOWLY phase out of fossil fuels but certainly not rapidly, as that hurts poor people” more than anything. Run somebody who understands why Trump gained substantially with Hispanic voters, not because “they are dumb”.

Democrat favorability ratings are at record lows right now according to CNN and WSJ polls. They need to figure something out other than screening about Trump all the time. It’s not working.
