I probably should say CJ, but he was just so pathetic last year it's impossible to do so. Britt hasn't proven anything yet, just brief flashes of brilliance. You have to at least put it together for one season, come on. Wright hasn't even had a chance to flash yet. Cook is a very one-dimensional player. So I guess out of those listed, that makes Nate our best skill player. He was a 1,000 yard receiver and he's got heart, something CJ doesn't have. Good God it's bad when you see it spelled out like that.

Sadly, I agree on Bironas.

For the poll, Britt is out too much due to injury to be productive, CJ right now is not productive, Wright hasn't played a down in the NFL yet, and Cook is solid at best. Washington played his ass off last season, so I voted for him.

I had a similar thought earlier, about how varying overreacting fans have called for us to drop our best two players in the last year.

It's either Britt or CJ. None of the others are elite talents like those two. Both guys have hurdles going forward, but I gave the edge to CJ because he's at least been on top of the mountain.

Hopefully Locker. I don't think CJ is an elite talent any more, although would be happy for him to prove me wrong. Britt did have elite skills, but who knows after the knee(s). He does need a brain transplant though. We'll be really lucky if Wright turns out to be elite.

If you go off last season it's Nate, but if you have to think of this upcoming season then I say CJ. Nate's role will get reduced with Wright and Britt around. Wright hasn't proven anything yet. Britt is probably playing at 85% and may face a suspension. Cook is a never was, if he had the confidence of some of our other guys he'd beast out there... but until he does I don't think you can choose him.

I feel like the whole issue of suspension cannot hurt the Titans in anyway. Im guessing a four game suspension, which will keep Munch and the training staff from rushing Britt back into action risking further damage. It is obviously disappointing Britt has had another police incident, but it will give him time to rehab his knee further and hopefully be the last needed eye-opener to him without any consequence to the team (with him already being injured).

Another bonus would be re-signing him with great value because of his off the field incidents and inablilty to stay healthy and then him turning into the player we all know he could be.

I highly doubt Britt will re-sign. NEXT season he's playing for a new contract. I bet we have to franchise him in 2014.
