Either Cersie or his father killed her before she could flee the city. His father said he'd kill the next whore he caught him with. The old Grandmaster guy is going to rule in favor of Tyrion out of spite against Cersie. I wouldn't worry about that too much as it's likely an idle threat but I also wouldn't walk the line of indicating plot lines by saying what won't happen... because ruining the suspense and mystery is a dick move.
