Lets make that cumulative while we are at it. 3 for going between the upright, 4 for the cross bar and 5 for the vertical. If you manage to hit the vertical then the cross bar then it goes over. 12 points. 

 

Edit: i forgot the 1 point for out the back of the endzone.

It would make more sense if the goal post was on the end line.  Then we could say the goal is to kick the ball past the endzone and if you also get it to go through the goal post then you get 2 bonus points.  LOL

This is basically the scoring for tejo which is awesome
