Mike Vrabel's a Winner!

ONE QUESTION.

Does Vrabel get credit for taking Ryan Tannehill and making him the elite QB so many posters say he is?

Does Vrabel get any credit for coaching the Titans to the playoffs in 2019?  2020? 2021?

Ryan Tannehill stood in and took a beating in 2021.  The guy got the hell beat out of him.  Tannehill was tough and trotted out there every time the offense was called.  That team lost a record number of players, but Tannehill never backed down.

Players play for Mike Vrabel.  When teams face the Titans they know it's going to be a slugfest.  Doesn't matter who suits up, they come to play.

He took the Kansas City Chiefs to overtime with Malik Willis playing QB @KC.

My one Question.  Does Mike Vrabel get credit for any of the team's successes?

Will Levis didn't walk out there without it being obvious he has been being prepared to start.

Extra Question.  Does Mike Vrabel get any credit for coaching up Will Levis?

I posted several times last week "all that fire Vrabel talk makes us look ________."

Vrabel is a clown. I'll never forget his asinine 2 point attempt in the game against the Bengals, trying for a pointless 8-6 lead and risking being tied in a game where points are at a premium. Ultimately it probably cost us the game and potentially a Super Bowl.

That's what people were saying last week.  Do you guys still want him gone?

Who would you want to replace him?

One of which is on thin ice and the other one is 2-5 without a HOF QB......

LaFleur apparently interviews really well, plus he was from that Sean McVay/Shannahan tree which was really hot at the time he was hired. I thought he did a good job of hidng Mariota's weaknesses, but was surprised he got the Packers job, which was the most attractive opening at the time.

Mariota was horrible under LaFleur aside from a few games and the offense pretty much sucked all year (27th in scoring).

Same thing Titans fans would find out by dumping one of the top coaches in the NFL for someone else's coordinator.  Fortunately, that insanity stayed in house and absolutely no one professionally involved in the NFL has regurgitated it.

Lafleur probably is from McVay/Shanahan more than Vrabel.

And I’m not sure how you defend that Malik garbage or the defense in the 2nd half.

I know he's not in the Vrabel line.  Levis threw four TD passes.  The Titans won.  There's nothing to defend.  There will always be things to nitpick because no one is perfect.  Willis-one play and he gets thrown up as an example.  Of what?  Peyton Manning had the exact thing happen yo him in a Super Bowl.

I'm sorry, but I am not into nitpicking a coach.  Maybe he made a mistake, but why would you spend time searching for little bitty shit.  The big thing I saw was a rookie come in and throw 4TDs to the players who keep getting called trash because Tannehill can't throw them the ball, the coaches are stupid and stuff like "the defense in the 2nd half".

You do you, write down every mistake and revile in pointing out the negative.

I rewatched the highlights and I think it was a bad snap, more so than a Willis mistake. Even Vrabel eluded to that. If you watch the highlights the same thing happen to Levis, Levis just happen to pull it down. But it threw off the timing of the play. The center at times definitely snaps the ball way to high and hard. I blamed Willis at first, but that was more so on the center.

Brewer sabotaging the play to subvert Vrabels qb rotation plan!
