There are some who will tell you that he's not an elite QB.. he's not (and that's fine). But he is absolutely more than good enough to lead this team to a SB and he's the right leader for this group of guys. Oh I forgot to add from a different view point of titans fandom. In the Reddit discord they still all think Mariota is the saviour and the titans did him dirty. Think Tannehill is trash. Saffold was on 104.5 last night talking about the dude and how the escaping sack pass is what woke the team up. He shared that the team loves him, especially for his subtle antics like one time he got smashed after letting the ball go for a TD and yelled, "And 1!"
