Your entire existence on this forum has been trying to attack me for the past bunch of months. I specifically asked you to chill, you drunkenly refused and so I ignored you for a month. Even that didn't slow it down and eventually I got tried of it and started replying again.

God speed suddenly taking the high road you're pretending here. Good luck changing your entire online persona. I welcome it.

The fact you believe any of this bullshit is hilariously narcissistic.

You mean with the 30th pass protection in the league and a good number of snaps without either starting WR and with plodding options at TE?  Remember the Titans were at the bottom in explosive pass plays all season long, aside from a week 5-7 blip when AJB and Jones had come back.  32nd in weeks 1-4 when they were injured or on limited snap counts.  32nd in weeks 9-16.

To pretend that the receiver issues and pass protection are not driving passing success issues and that it's Henry is laughable and why this exercise you appointed yourself to do is rooted in flawed analysis.

We've all watched at least 6 or 7 huge explosive pass plays fail in recent weeks because of missed blocks or dropped passes to ruin the play.  Things that had nothing to do with Henry being out.

I say this all the time but it's obviously who watches the games and understands (and gets) it.

It’s been a strange discussion. I even posited that I do believe they were using Henry a bit more in conflicted downs on 3rd down. I think that’s true compared to the past two years. Still, some notion he’s a pure 3 down back doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.

Or it's exactly what happened and you even referenced it a few times.

Stop quoting me already. Hard to pretend to take the high road when you don't even start, slur boy.

The OL and the TEs are the same. But adding them to your list sure it makes it look better, doesn't it.

If you're 32 and you average, say four explosive plays per game and then later you're 32 and you average, say half an explosive play per game, are you equally as bad or did you maybe drop off significantly?

They've dropped significantly. But, again, your post looks better if you split the population a few extra ways, say 32nd to 32nd and add TE and OL to round it out a bit.

The OL is definitely not the same.  Hart started for Lewan.  Saffold missed more than one game.  And so did Davis, I think.

No.  My post is great and accurate to what happened and why.......

They were bad at explosive pass plays to begin the year because AJB and Jones were on snap counts or out plus Johnson was out.  In addition, the OL has had guys go in and out while consistently providing bad pass protection.  When the OL was healthy and AJB, Jones, and Johnson were out there, the explosive plays spiked up.  Then we saw injuries decimate the receivers and OL again.....In addition, they had a couple of games where they specifically didn't even bother throwing deep because of bad matchup (LAR, NO) and then the Jags (play conservative knowing they couldn't score).....

It's been well discussed and the numbers have been shared multiple times.  This was a hot topic even before Henry went out.

And regardless, they've been consistently bad at pass protection all year.  But the lack of deep shots coincided with the receivers going down or when early on, they were on limited snap counts and recovering from offseason injuries.

I think it's funny and telling that Jamal posted Henry was a 2 down RB and liked Bud's post stating there is zero evidence Henry helps in 3rd and long situations, yet he is tracking offensive fallout without Henry, even though the biggest problem with the offense is the sets Jamal agrees Henry doesn't help in!!!! LOL @CreepingDeath, he dropped your ass after your bludgeoning

Even he knows the tracking is bullshit("I said I was going to do it so I am", context be damned!)

Ryan Tannehill has a 95.1 passer rating on 1st down, 6 TDs and 1 INT.

Ryan Tannehill has a 91.4 passer rating on 2nd down, 3 TDs and 2 INTs

Ryan Tannehill has a 70.5 passer rating on 3rd down, 6 TDs and 10 INTs.

Gee, it's crazy, Tannehill's passer rating is not bad on 1st and 2nd down then plummets(20+ points) to terrible on 3rd down, where Jamal himself said Henry doesn't make a difference.

It would be better to just look it up than guess, but the line has been in and out all year.

Lewan missed week 2 (Sambrailo) and week 7 (Hart played a bunch and then Lamm). He also only played 40% of snaps in week 6 and even missed some time in weeks 1 and week 4.

Saffold played 39% of snaps in weeks 2, less than 60% in weeks 4 and 5 and played 76% in week 7.

Davis has missed a bunch of games since Henry has been out, though. I'm sure that's a super important factor now that you know it.
