Starkiller
Nothing is going to get better until the government can bring the cost of drugs under control. Even just passing a bill to allow Medicare/Medicaid to negotiate the cost of drugs would save us a fortune. That’s the first small step, but getting out of control drug costs into order would help private insurance plans, too. It doesn’t even require Medicare for all. No, the vast majority of Dems in Congress support it. It’s the GOP that is the holdup. The House has already passed a bill that would do it this term. Hell, the House passed a bill to cap the cost of just insulin and the GOP filibustered that, too. Edited April 5, 2022 by Starkiller

If they truly cared they would ban owning stocks so they won't let greed play into politics.

They all own stock in pharma, but the Dems still vote for what would be good for the country. Republicans vote for what is good for the wealthy pharma companies.
