Nothing is going to get better until the government can bring the cost of drugs under control. Even just passing a bill to allow Medicare/Medicaid to negotiate the cost of drugs would save us a fortune.

That’s the first small step, but getting out of control drug costs into order would help private insurance plans, too. It doesn’t even require Medicare for all.

All these politicians own stock in pharmaceutical companies. They don't care.

No, the vast majority of Dems in Congress support it. It’s the GOP that is the holdup. The House has already passed a bill that would do it this term. Hell, the House passed a bill to cap the cost of just insulin and the GOP filibustered that, too.

You must live in a bubble. They ALL own stock in pharmaceuticals. Writing up bills mean nothing when they know they won't pass. If they truly cared they would ban owning stocks so they won't let greed play into politics.

They all own stock in pharma, but the Dems still vote for what would be good for the country. Republicans vote for what is good for the wealthy pharma companies.

No people will absolutely vote out democrats this November. It's pretty much a given. What will be the excuse? Not enough young voters? If the Democrats were so perfect then they should win it pretty easily.
