I think what you posted is misleading because while it's true the jobs numbers are ahead of where they were projected to be pre-American Rescue Plan passage, they're behind where they were projected to be more recently post-American Rescue Plan. They're putting a spin on what was a disappointing report. I don't get irked by good news. I don't like being mislead, or the government misleading people. But yes, the numbers missed the mark by a good bit in the most recent report and I hope they turn things around. My worry is that the expanded child tax credit and other provisions are keeping some people out of lower wage work, along with mass workplace deportations (which DHS just put a hault to).
