How about wait 30 minutes until the curfew kicks in, after which the police have every right to clear the area? The fact that POTUS doesn’t feel like waiting 30 minutes for a photo op does not supercede the citizens’ right to peaceful assembly as guaranteed by the constitution. I think it will be difficult for Trumpers to acknowledge this fully or else the narrative that Trump/Barr are NOT jackbooted thugs forcibly clearing out a church area — bishop included — for a pathetically transparent and contemptible photo op starts to wane.
