Wow, the Mariota homers are out in full force on Twitter. I honestly didn't know he had so many defenders left.

I almost always avoid twitter debates, but somehow I allowed myself to get pulled into this one and I'm already regretting it.

Some people are actually saying the org ruined Mariota. Calling for Vrabel and Jrob to get fired. WTF is wrong with people?

Same people ruined chances of Greg Schiano coaching the Vols, then got Pruitt.

Reports out of tears in the locker room. It's over yall. We will see how Marcus responds. That will seal his fate (here or anywhere.)

Saffold said, (paraphrase) "Difference between Marcus and Ryan is when nobody is open, Marcus is not gonna throw the ball. When Ryan has nobody open, he's gonna throw it. You just don't know where."

I've seen this mentioned a few times. What's the story here?

With record 2-4 the season could be lost in next game or so. To try and salvage season, they need to make a change. I think they are going to talk with Robinson and AAS. She loves Marcus. Vrabel look on sideline yesterday was he couldn’t tolerate the mess going on on the field offensively. He was done. Why he made the change. Have to figure can’t go back to Marcus now. Fans won’t come if Marcus starts.

Maybe?  His week starts off with the team firing his BFF and ends with his benching.....

There’s a thought. And here was a scene, a few feet away from where Saffold was speaking: Titans rookie receiver A.J. Brown walked over to Mariota’s locker, put his arm around him and said some words only the two of them could hear. The locker room was mostly cleared out by then, and a pair of team staffers watched from a few feet away as the two players embraced. There were tears, too, maybe briefly from Mariota but certainly from Brown. He was still crying when he said moments later: “I don’t even know how to feel for Marcus right now. I kind of feel responsible a little bit, like it’s my doing. I’ve got to get open.”

Vrabel and PK need to just have a fist fight and forget it.

That won't end well for Paul.  Some naked meth head beat his ass after breaking in to his home.

If PK were to win, Vrabel should be fired and forced to cut his dick off out of principle.

So reading all the replies to Walker’s tweet it seems Titans Twitter wants a scared, inaccurate QB who throws for 60 yds against a mediocre defense to remain the QB.

They also think the Patriots will sign him and he’ll light up the league.

This...this can’t be real life.

They are literally calling for Lewis to start...

Walker continues to indicate he doesn't think other players on offense are accountable for their poor play. He's publicly pointing his finger at unspecified people who are pointing fingers in private. My guess is he's thinking of coaching staff, Saffold, and maybe other OL.

Better watch yourself. This board thinks the only issue is QB, mentioning any other offensive player is a sin. Any form of criticism of another offensive player makes you a Mariota Homer. ?
