9 Nines
https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/state-dept-inspector-general-expected-urgent-ukraine-briefing/story?id=65991911 The State Department’s inspector general is expected to give an "urgent" briefing to staffers from several House and Senate committees on Wednesday afternoon about documents obtained from the department’s Office of the Legal Adviser related to the State Department and Ukraine, sources familiar with the planned briefing told ABC News. Details of the briefing, requested by Steve Linick, the inspector general at State, remain unknown. Linick is expected to meet with congressional staff in a secure location on Capitol Hill. The unusual nature and timing of the briefing – during a congressional recess – suggests it may be connected to a recent intelligence community whistleblower allegation which describes, in part, the State Department’s role in coordinating interactions between Rudy Giuliani, the president’s personal attorney, and Ukrainian officials. The inspector general is the department's internal investigator and watchdog, and the office generally operates independently of the department's political leadership. It's going to be damning folks, we got Drumpf now. I’m guessing you don’t keep up with the news. Trump’s appointed IG said he had first hand information to his accounts. Oops, it’s tough being a retard.

The idea of “heresay” in this situation totally stupid and a transparent straw man argument.

Can you read or do you need CNN to spoon feed you lies? There is no firsthand knowledge in the testimony, unless it is hidden in the few redactions or there is more testimony not released. So a Trump appointee is lying? Deep state strikes again? the latest ICIG statement suggests the apparent direct knowledge composed a key part of the initial filing. Thats from Fox News. In order to find an urgent concern “credible,” the IC IG must be in possession of reliable, first-hand information. The IC IG cannot transmit information via the ICWPA based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing. This includes information received from another person, such as when a fellow employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing. (Anyone with first-hand knowledge of the allegations may file a disclosure in writing directly with the IC IG.) Similarly, speculation about the existence of wrongdoing does not provide sufficient basis to meet the statutory requirements of the ICWPA. If you think wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second- hand or unsubstantiated assertions, IC IG will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA. That’s directly from the DNI. Goddamn you’re an idiot.
