Seems like another pandering, shoot from the hip lie to mobilize voters -- ie 10% tax cut w/o Congress in session. Repubs at large don't care about truth or process when Trump is stumping. He gets away with it because his base rewards him rather than hold him accountable for his blatant disrespect of truth. To justify having his campaign rally the day after the Pittsburgh shooting, he lied and said that after 911 his buddy Nick Grasso opened the NY stock exchange the next day and it was actually closed for about a week following the attack.
