Bad enough that he won't win many games, but just good enough to keep the organization believing he's on the cusp of becoming a franchise QB....i.e. Ryan Tannehill. However, if he does continue to underwhelm that team still scares me because Hopkins and Fuller can make him look a heck of a lot better than he is.
