Both teams now seen to be faltering, but huge wins anyway. You Panthers fans are starting to remind me of the Jaguar fans during their run. They were sickening. They came to our board, chest thumping and arguing over bs all the time. They had zero class. Look at them now. We have lost sixteen games in the last two years. So, you beat us. Big deal. Clue. Your fans are the only ones who have shown little more than a passing interest on this board. You love you team. I get it. Panther fans want us to tell them how great their team is. They need that gratification because they're self-conscious little bitches. The league has a long history of opposing fans being able to wear their team's jerseys, etc. and root for their team on the road. I contend that it was a young man that hated losing and didn't know how to deal with it emotionally. Coaching and older teammates helped him to learn not to wear emotions on his sleeves that way and it has not been an issue in recent years. Cam has admitted that the laptop incident was stupid and has owned responsibilty for this youthful indiscretion, and has learned from that mistake. Cam is not selfish and he has backing and devotion of each and every teammate. He started the Cam Newton Foundation to assist disadvantaged children in education and providing funds for youth programs. He went to Charelston S.C. to meet and give emotional and financial support to the victims and families of the church shootings without cameras or reporters present. Newton was made aware of a young boy that dying of cancer. The boys family was throwing him an early Halloween party because they feared he may not live until the 31st. Cam showed up to the party with a ice cream truck and partied with the little boy, again with no camera crew in tow. Sadly the little boy passed away in early Nov. Newton still wears a bracelet the child gave him. Cam danced and played catch with another terminally ill boy in the pregame of the Saints game.The boy was named a asst. coach for that day. While many people may not like Cam Newtons on field antics at times, off the field he's a class act. These are just a few examples of Newtons selfless character. When teams get beat by teams that are way better than they, the fans of the losing team tend to find everything wrong with the team that won. It's a chronic condition of losers, of which the Titans are a shining example. We love our team and you love yours. Congratulations on having a undefeated season so far and good luck the rest of the season. One of the most bizarre things I've ever seen. If the Titans were undefeated and playing like the Panthers, the last thing I would be doing is going to opposing message boards to convince them why they should love Mariota and why he's a great person. Even then, it isn't a big enough deal to fuss about. With that said, Panther fans that are still hanging around to try and rub salt in our wounds, or to defend Cam are beginning to look desperate for attention. Muck like BK is regarding Mett, the fans lingering around here regarding Cam are only making those that dislike Cam dislike him even more. We lost, they won. Time for everyone to move on. How do people care so much they waste so much time convincing people to actually dislike that player even more. Especially a guy like Cam, why would someone be a martyr for a guy who everyone already has their opinion of and is a guy who in general will never change people's opinions due to his perceived egocentric attitude. Just like when the Milwaukee brewer's did "beast mode" back in the day after seemingly every single and double. You either are a fan of that team and don't mind it (I hated it) but I would never waste my time trying to convince other fans that it's a "fun" thing to do and the team just being players.
