I guess he could leave her in jail until she agreed to one of those options. A few weeks in jail may be just what she is looking for. From what I've gathered on Twitter, she is being jailed until she agrees to comply. I'm not sure how long they will leave her detained before they just impeach her. I also fully expect her to take advantage of this "martyrdom" and get rich off of it. Huckabee has already tweeted that her being jailed for this is proof that Christianity is being criminalized.
