So what happened to NFL Rewind?

It was awesome last year IMO.  What kind of internet speed does your ISP provide you?  I pay for an ungraded speed.  Maybe it doesn't work as well for those who have the cheap internet plan.

I have Verizon Fios 50/Mbps. I haven't changed my plan in like 3 years so I'm not sure why performance would vary so wildly in one year. Hopefully it was a fluke.

It won't. see below. Also, That site is full of crap. They cannot hide what they claim.

After establishing a secure connection to our security layer, you will be issued a new U.S. based IP address which will substitute a different location.

This is a sad day.

50Mbps is what I have too and it worked great for me on my ipad and iphone.

I'm sorry, but you are giving people incorrect advice.  It works just fine.

Can you watch live with nflsundayticket.tv? I am eligible, but it would be pointless without live games.

yes. It's Sunday ticket without directv. Just be careful which package you get because one is for your console, one is for mobile devices and the other is for both plus some extras.

wrong. They can't guarantee what they claim. The NFL probably just hasn't gone after anyone who uses it. I work for a major Telco/cloud provider.

His question was whether GamePass would work with his current VPN.  You said it won't, which is incorrect.  It does and has for years.  Obviously the NFL could put and end to it if they wanted, but so far they don't seem to care as long as they get paid.

I think 2014 was when they had Sunday Ticket bundled with Madden. I got it that way and the beginning of the season it was terrible. Got better as the season went on. I'd imagine they adjusted to the demand.

that's not what I said. I quoted a statement on the website that they assign a U.S. Based IP after connecting. If that's accurate the NFL would block it. It sounds like they are purposefully assigning IPs from different geographical regions which is huge red flag and sketchy as hell. The NFL knows where their streams are terminating. If they see 300 streams terminating on the public facing routers for PIA they can simply not advertise their routes to PIA and no one will get the streams ala what Irish said happened to the Netherlands. My larger point is that you can't really mask your internet behavior without the express help of a shady company like PIA and that's a dangerous game as said company can be cutoff from the major internet hotels effectively killing their business.

Sure it is.  He mentioned his VPN provider and said he hoped it works.  You replied "it won't."  I don't have time to try and quote it all with this editor, but you can certainly look back and read it for yourself.

An accurate statement is that it works now, but no one knows whether it will continue to work in the future.

read it again. I quoted the site. If it works then you aren't getting a U.S. Based public IP.

First, I think it's hilarious and awesome that the only reason this thread is so long is the fact we are talking some back door shit (never fails how awesome TR is). Second, JAS is right about how this quote read. It seemed you were making two exclusive statements.

Oh, I've read it.  I think you are the one that needs to read it again.  If you connect to one of their other servers around the world, you'll get an IP address in that country.  The fact is, you don't use GamePass and you don't use his VPN service, yet you told him it won't work.  I just tried to set the record straight.  Feel free to continue to offer incorrect info.  This isn't worth my time.
