Puck Posted June 13, 2015 Report Share Posted June 13, 2015 I didn't catch all of it, but Derrick Mason and Darren McFarland on 102.5 were discussing, seriously, the idea of Ray Rice as a Titan.it wasn't apparent whether they were discussing a rumor , a tip or if they were just spitballing .it was odd to them that noone was calling to oppose the idea.Ray's 28has 1,000+ yds in 4 out of 6 seasons (his first yr and his last yr (2013) were short)caught more than 75 passes for over 700 yds twice, caught roughly 60 passes or more in all but rookie season (78,63,76,61,58) had a rough 2013 aside from a 131yd effort vs CHI where he avg'd 5.2 yds/carry. He's probably going to get a shot somewhere. I'm a forgive bad behavior kind of guy (if a person is remorseful), but not much of a reward bad behavior kind of guy. It's not easy making the determination as to second chances. The couple has worked it out between them since then, which I applaud. Having gone thru that as a Bucs fan back then, I am not opposed to Ray Rice at all. Would he help us on the field?
