I'm pretty sure Gray is one of the coaches he's talking about just hearing him rave about how great GW is. And also says that GW/Gray combo likely won't continue. 

 

Gray and Williams' contracts are both up. 

 

My guess is that if Munchak is retained, GW will become DC.

I am assuming it is Parvalecchio, Gray, and Kaczor that he is referring to in terms of coaches. Clearly he thinks Williams should be DC.
