  1. Until proven otherwise, of course. I'm just saying they could surprise. And by surprise I don't mean vy for the playoffs. Not even the homerest of Dolphins fans would believe that. If they draft outside the top 10 it'll be a shock.
  2. That's what someone said in the comment section. Idk... I just think people made WAY too much of a stink about his arm length. They also made too much of a deal about his so called disappearing act in the middle of the season. He's a fkn beast. And if you saw him on draft night he's pissed way tf off. Partly I think because he really wanted to play with Cam again (no bullshit, those dudes are very tight I think... @AvgJoe) but mostly all the other teams that passed on him. He's got a boulder on his shoulder.
  3. I don't think so. I think people assume they're going to suck because of who's not there anymore. They may be in the running for a top 10 pick, but Willis could surprise some people. And maybe one or two of those rookie receivers will show up with Malik Washington. Chris Bell may have been a 1st/early 2nd pick if not for the injury concerns. They also still have Achane and some nice pieces on defense, with the rookie LBs Rodriguez and Louis. Time will tell.
  4. Nah, I'm good on that mandatory minimum wage floor bullshit. If college players want to play in college they should stay in college. If they can't, tough shit. Either make it in the pros or go play in Canada or find another job. Shit is getting a little too Over The Cuckoo's Nest these days as it pertains to NIL and the muddled waters between college and the pros.
  5. Maybe you're underestimating your own height. Or maybe you measured while flacid? I just can't imagine WanRob being the Mugsy Bogues of the NFL. Just doesn't compute.
  6. Bain is going to make half the league regret passing on him. Maybe I'm out on a limb with this but I say he'll have a better career than David Bailey.
  7. "You gotta know about the batman building. It's the one that looks like batman." Quality content, right there.
  8. Finally saw his final form in McDaniel’s offense. Too bad he couldn't be content there for longer and got himself traded to Siberia.
  9. I'm sure that's the mentality that fueled Borgo's efforts to help build KC into multi-year champs.
  10. "They boo'd me when I got hurt and I'm gonna pretend like it don't mean anything while saying how disrespectful it was." The anti-McNair mentality. He got booed here and really had people wanting O'Donnell to start over him. Fast-forward a number of months and he had the city hosting a parade for him and his team. Watson's just baby back bitch who can't see the forest for the trees.
  11. To me it just says Borgonzi has a real, thought out board, and that each player has value on their own individual merit. I mean, it's not like anyone in the outside the world knew the Titans were actively trying to move up so they had to go ahead and make a trade up to save face. Maybe Rutledge was their primary target but him getting sniped put even more of an impetus to get the guy they had ranked nearly as high as Rutledge. I remember in mocks earlier during last season Faulk was seen as a top 10 pick. And Faulk just seems like a Saleh guy.
  12. I would have been, even if I'd felt like shit about it. Lol
  13. I don't think he was a reach at all. If Jeremiah Smith and Cam Coleman were in this class he's possibly the 3rd receiver taken, but he was by everyone's metrics the best WR in this class. Tyson may be more "dynamic" (i.e. flashy) but he's also a walking weekly designation. Or monthly at this point. I got some scoffs when I said Tate reminded me of AJ Green, but other than a slight size difference and the fact Green was a bit more violent in some of his movements there are a lot of similarities in their game, imo. And fwiw, both were taken 4th overall. You could make the argument Julio should have gone before Green in that draft, but there was no Julio in this draft. Only a Green.
  14. @Mythos27 I'm certain Tate was the guy regardless if Love was there or not. The fact the Cardinals, a traditionally bad/irrelevant team, took him at 3 instead of drafting other and more pressing needs, is a good indication of Love being a bad choice that high. Bad teams gonna bad. You could make a much stronger argument for Love going to us than you ever could the Cardinals, but even so Cam needed help at receiver much more than he needed help at RB. And as it may turn out Singleton could wind up being at least 70-80% as good as Love and drafted 4 rounds later. I think the only guy they would have taken over Tate was Bailey. I loved both Bailey and Bain and defense wins championshios. But you're not even getting to the playoffs if you can't score points. So I'm not disappointed at all that Bailey was gone. I think it all worked out how it should have. How good Tate will be remains to be seen but he's got all the traits and tools to turn himself into That Guy.
  15. Didn't you hear him? He felt like he was about to pass out. Probably not as much as that kid, but still...
  16. Lol "PEOPLE (like YOU)" Formatting joke. Sorry, I'll let you get back to roasting OMAN.
  17. And in other news... Hey, if Slye doesn't pan out we can always get this guy on the phone. That kick was phenomenal.
