OILERMAN
It's more than just jobs on the line anyway. In 2011 they could use the excuse of the hold out and think that's why he was so bad. Last year they didn't have anyone else to replace him with. If they get a quality RB he'll be in real danger if he has games as bad as he has the last two seasons. Yes jobs are always on the line, including the RB job. titanruss
i bet we don't even draft a RB until our 5th/6th pick unless someone special falls.

Guest
I'm joining in the chorus: he's done. If we're going to get a RB we should draft one.
prometheus
There are too many holes to fill to project a RB anywhere above a 4th or maybe a 5th if the right kind of backup would fall that far. Each pick is predicated on some combination of two factors: Need and BPA. IMO, in the first two picks, BPA plays a greater role although need remains a factor; in picks three through the rest, need will play a greater role. I speculate selections going: Round 1 ---- Best Player Available on defense 2 ---- Best Player Available on offense 3 ---- OL 4 ---- S 5 ---- RB or WR, depending on who is available 6 ---- I don't think we have a 6th, but if we do, then whichever is not selected in 5 7 ---- LB Of course, free agency will affect any of these options, as it has to some degree with the signing of Wilson. I do expect at least one OL to be picked up in FA. And, the compensatory picks will add to the intrigue for us fans. Pure unadulterated speculation. The anticipation and the speculations from the SB to the combine, then from the combine to FA, then from FA to the draft is always a crazy time of the football year. I love it, and I hate it. And we are right in the beginning phases of that craziness. pro
CMJ
Shonn Greene would be great as CJs compliment.
Jamalisms
I'm in agreement. We need a guy who can compliment CJ on the sidelines after the offense is off the field. "Nice running dude." ... yeah, terrible "joke"
