Nothing from Michelle.... I read in the last year that Michelle had McNair's mother removed from the farm he bought her. She was the rightful owner after the courts decided who got what since he had no will.

Nothing really new for me. I was actually at camp his rookie year, I was looking for myself in the stands, there was very few people at camp back then.

I didn't like seeing that he didn't work out even back in college. He obviously had a drinking problem his last few years in Tennessee, you could see it in his puffy face and the fact he was overweight.

He should have been playing in his prime another 3-5 years when his body started breaking down in 04. Had he been totally dedicated I think he could have been a first ballot HOFer.

I remember when he played for Alcorn State ESPN started showing his games and I actually watched them, dude was amazing in college. He would throw for 500yds and rush for 100 often.

Doubtful the team will have another one like him for a long time.

To think that other colleges would only give him a scholarship to play DB but not QB. FOOLS!!! I mean seriously, major stupidity.

I read an article on this. Michelle wanted $3000 a month from her or move out. After she decided to leave months later Michelle McNair's attorney sent a letter to McNairs mom demanding she must pay $56,000 for new appliances. Completely disgusting.

He was elite for a short time and top 3 easily. Injuries AND FISHER really held him back. He was always a playmaker and incredibly fun and inspirational to watch.

I actually thought they glazed over the racist aspects for the fans booing him early on, and whether there's much to it or not, I think they should've at least exposed the possibility of his murder being due to a third party.

Also would've liked to see more commentary from Jeff and, believe it or not, VY. I think if they'd curbed back about 5-10 minutes of the "look how many injuries he played through" stuff and included the above, it would've made for a stronger episode.

Still enjoyed it though

They played it a little too NFL Network. The NFL Films stuff tends to focus on the good. ESPN 30 for 30 is a little more balanced.
