No small market representation is troubling because for instance Henry didn't get much hof talk until he was a successful raven. There simply is a bias against less popular teams.

 

I like the senior player designation. I don't think too many players have gotten in, but it does goce players who may have slipped through the cracks consideration. 

 

I'm not too pressed about the shrinking lists.

 

The average inductees since 1990 has been about 5 a year, I think that's reasonable

C'mon, now.  Brady is as sure of a first ballot hall of famer as Peyton ever was.  Irrefutable, regardless of the Belichick fiasco
