lol I have a few hours sleep after staying up most of the night watching day 3 of this years draft and wake up to find that @NashvilleNinjahas staged a coup and broken my 7 year streak of being the one to start the next years draft thread.

Well shit... didn’t mean to step all over your mojo with my big clown clodhoppers.

Texas has a chance to have a run similar to the one Ohio State had this year.

Arch is the heavy favorite to go #1, Simmons easily can be top 3, and Coleman and Goosby are good bets to be top 12 picks

All good doesn't bother me in the slightest just thought it was funny there was someone more keen than me to start the thread already.

First in what will be a spate of 2027 Mock Drafts this week.

Ignore the draft order and treat this as a big board 4 months before the the 2026 CFB kicks off.

5. Tennessee Titans: Leonard Moore, CB, Notre Dame

Arguably the most complete prospect in the country, Moore projects as one of the safest bets in next year's class. At 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds, he offers excellent size and length, and his combination of instincts and experience puts him firmly in the mix to be the first defensive player off the board in 2027.

If Manning keeps up his trajectory Cam Coleman might be able to give Jeremiah Smith a run for his money on the hype train. Might we actually see some competition to be the #2 player taken?

As for who the Titans might take? Unless they're able to strike gold with that OT they signed as an UDFA then I imagine OT is probably going to be priority #1 next year. Baker, Goosby, or Seaton?

But there's a long way from here to next draft season. Other than left tackle what are the biggest penciled in needs for next year?
