Titans Signing Cushenberry

The improvement in pass protection at C for the Titans going from Brewer to Cushenberry might be the single biggest upgrade at any individual OL spot league wide this offseason and also one of the main reasons I was campaigning for signing him when plenty of others were favouring Andre James.

True but funny enough I think Brewer excels in that Miami offense and I had no problem with the deal they gave him

If Brewer is surrounded by a decent OL in a goo scheme he'll probably be fine.

Vrabel being a total offensive moron had a large part in the Titans pass protection issues.

Brewer isn't excelling at shit. He's not an NFL starter like many of us said years ago. The fact the titans rolled with the experiment multiple years is frustrating.

In that scheme where the OL are literally just on the move the entire time he could easily be a solid starter

That's why he got 7 million. NFL teams and especially offensive minds like McDaniel aren't idiots

No but coaches think they can fix others mistakes all the time. They'll find out real quick about Brewers. They won't waste years with him starting.

They get the ball out quicker than anyone in the league, run screens at the highest rate in the league and all their run stuff is outside zones, he's in as good a situation as there is for him in the league

Not saying he will definitely be good but I think it's easy to see a path where he's fine
