Yeah, I'm trying to get behind the psychology of it, which there is none. If you're already drunk driving and making a pit stop, the temp of a beer isn't going to be a deterrent. If you're sober and wanting to drink in the car, you're probably just an alcoholic, in which case the temp of the beer still won't matter. If anything, this would just target boaters who get shit canned on the lake, but ole boy was hit by a car. Trying to get there, but just can't.
