These guys all hire guys they've worked with for the most part. Dude also seems to have a good resume with 11 years in the NFL. A little different than hanger on Bowen. Do I like him for OC? I'm meh but you are fooling yourself if you don't think he's going to bring in mostly guys he knows and has worked with before.
