VRABEL Building a Championship Mentality.

It's mindset.  It's coaching.  He instills a belief in the Titans that if they do their job, they can win.  It keeps coming out about how the Titans do not play stupid.  They don't shoot themselves in the foot w/penalties.  They stay on their assignments.  I don't mind admitting I saw a loss coming Thursday night.  I forgot this team has been outmatched before and won big games.  Yes, he's going to need horses in the playoffs.  But he's already beaten playoff teams short handed this year.

Vrabel is instilling a championship mentality into this franchise.

It's basically like Mularkey era on roids, without the post game crying and telling the media mommy is making you apologize for saying the offensive line needs to work harder.

Fuck the people who say Vrabel isn't a COY frontrunner. I'm going full homer and will not be denied.

The Titans are winners.  I think they go into every game with that mindset.  They know Mike Vrabel.  You see him out there working with individual players all the time.  I think he talks to them about more than technique.  He tells them how winners play the game.  It's mental as well as physical.

Did you see how he talked to Foreman after his version of the stiffarm.  He spoke to him as he went by without stopping.  Vrabel goes over to him and he's still teaching him when the sideline scene comes back in view.  No anger, no blame, just trying to make him a better player.  Vrabel never stops doing that with all of the players on the team.

This is how they go into a game with a bad pass blocking OL and rip the hearts out of the 49ers with the pass.  But don't forget his asskicking defense that shut down Shanahan's offense.  Shanahan is a NFL badass in the coaching ranks.  They got stuck on 10 points a long time.

Colts were 2nd healthiest team in the NFL, and they still have 2 less wins than Titans. And they got 7 "pro bowlers"

For a team piloted by a QB that most on here thought was the worst in the league last, year..and with their brutal early season schedule, I would say they are doing pretty well.  I don't understand how Simmons got snubbed, or how the Colts ended up with the most pro bowlers, but I will say that if Reich was our coach, we would have a legitimate chance at a SB, even with all the injuries.

If only Reich was our coach lol. He’s single handily lost two games for the Colts with his bad decisions and use/lack of use of personnel. This notion he’s a better coach than Vrabel is about as retarded as the notion Robinson isn’t a good GM

Lol...and Vrabel is perfect?  Running our star RB into the ground by the halfway point of the season?  Having the team ready to go against the Jets and Texans...two of the absolute worst teams in the league?  Hiring and promoting from within his good-ole-boy network vs. finding actual qualified assistants.  There is no doubt Reich has warts, all coaches do...but he's a coach that can coach to his talent, vs. Vrabel, who needs the talents to fit his coaching.  I wonder what Vrabel would have done with the starting QBs Reich has had...even with Henry and everyone else.

As far as Robinson, I still like him...but having two first round picks in row not contributing to your team, is a major issue.  He does have some excuses for those misses, and valid excuses (unlike what the Vrabel homers have for his stupidity).

We are 10-5 with the most injured team in NFL history…we have a 2.5 game lead over the Colts who have been much healthier than us this season.

Also, their so called tough schedule…they only have 3 different games than us. We had a stretch of Bills, KC, Colts, Rams, and New Orleans before their team imploded a week after they beat Tampa. Stop talking shit about Vrabel. He’s a damn good coach.
