Jamalisms Posted December 11, 2020 Author Report Share Posted December 11, 2020 A complicated, multiple defense is fine and well. But, as Allen and I discussed, it starts with player execution and then it moves to a lack of flexibility and quality in coaching if they don't change and adapt to what the capacity of the players has proven to be. I question whether or not they are communicating the ideas to the players in effective ways (a big party of coaching is communication) and I also question whether or not they are flexible enough, based on the truncated off-season and the injuries and just the performance itself.
