pat
I'd say Andrew Cuomo did a great job making it clear what a governor should do, and Ohio is lucky to be able to follow a real leader.

Does that somehow excuse whatever Trump did for the entire nation? 50% of this shit is going on in one state, most likely one city. Why aren't the other big cities this much of a disaster? The #2 city in the US by population is Los Angeles and it has 30% of the population density of NYC (and less than 50% of the total population). Is this like a personal method of blocking out memory or has right wing news gaslighted you aleady?

ctm
AUSTIN, Texas — Two weeks ago, amid the coronavirus pandemic, about 70 students from the University of Texas at Austin partied in Mexico on spring break. The students, all in their 20s, flew on a chartered plane to Cabo San Lucas, and some returned on separate commercial flights to Texas. Now, 44 of them have tested positive for the virus and are self-isolating. More students were monitored and tested on Wednesday, university officials said, after 28 initial positive tests. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/01/us/coronavirus-texas-austin-spring-break-cabo.html Texas.....where the smart people live and don't infect each other. I carry the mail and see morons everywhere. I've literally had people tell me(6 feet away) that this is all political BS, Dems are trying to make Trump look bad etc...... I see crowded parks, people in groups and totally disregarding the warnings. We are behind in terms of getting infected but it's coming

Therefore they should have been on the frontlines of social distancing. But alas, they weren't. https://www.foxnews.com/media/tucker-carlson-nyc-leaders-endangering-public-coronavirus
