Indy has a full offseason to address it, unlike this year when Luck abruptly retired in late August. Big difference in circumstances... Of course, assuming the Titans go into next season with Tannehill under contract and the surrounding cast largely the same while Indy has Brissett, I expect the Titans to win the AFC South with 11 or 12 wins.
