Chopped the Saturday deep stack at Winstar 7 handed yesterday for 2884.00. We played 9 handed for like 1.5 hours

I had right under 400k and blinds were 5k-10k....

Right before the chop chip leader makes it 30k under the gun, short stack goes all in for 70k, I call with QQ(I don't wanna get tied up with chip leader). So it goes back to chip leader and he shoves all in for more than what I have. I fold and he rolls over KK. It was essentially a 2k fold, we chopped right after

I'm at the WSOP.  There were 7,761 entries, I cashed for close to 5K.  It was amazing this time.  This was my second Millionaire Maker.  I practiced and studied for two months.  My problem somewhat is

I just played the WSOP Millionaire Maker in Vegas, knocked out 2nd day 265th place, win $5990.  There were 7,275 entries.  I played with some top professionals, I didn't know any of them.  The photogr

OK.  Ready to talk about it.  I got knocked out day one.   I didn't get very many good hands.  I had two nice pots that would have put me back over the 50K starting stack and I played both very well.

Good game.  I hope to not be seated at your table in a WSOP.

Tonight.  There were 14 players in the Turbo I like to play.  I was in 4th place.  It usually ends about an hour from where we were.  I figured if I just didn't play any hands I had more than enough.  36K.  A couple of 4-6K, a few 9-16K's.  I'm in the BB and get 23ss.  The guy to my left has been battling me all night.  Aggressive-but I would get him playing decent cards.  The flop gives me a gutter straight draw.

Instead of sticking to my plan, I call his tiny C-bet.  Turn flushes diamonds.  CK. CK. River the 4 diamonds.  I make a small value/looking bet.  I have now stuck 7K in the pot.  He tanks, uses the time button and calls.  His pair 4's takes down the pot.

It was a badly played hand by me, but not because the idiot called.  I had won the tournament.  1K.  I could have turned my computer off and won.  Eight got paid and there were eight players with 15K or less.  The toughest thing that knocks me in the head is making plays like that.  I had been battling with him and just played the hand for the hell of it.

You have to play your perfect game to win.  If you make your best decision every hand, skill will win you the percentage you should get.  But every time you play off your game, just farting around bites you in the butt.  I won because I did had sense enough not to make a huge overbet, but it was just a bad spot I created myself.

I study.  I have thought about writing lines.

Do Not Call Paired Boards unless you have Trips.  Just write it over and over, whole page.

I've been too lazy to do it.

Poker people in this thread... How big of a bitch is this dude who lost?

Yea this is a pretty big story. He's considered one of the best cash game players out there and likely destroyed his reputation over this one hand by crying so badly about losing.

She clearly didn't know what she was doing and possibly misread her hand

I was playing a few months ago and called a huge bet.  I turned over my hand and said a set of 9's!  The nuts!  Except I had pocket 8's.

Jarrett is crazy.  I'm God, I put you in without a made hand because I play better than you!  You have the better hand?  WTF!  You can't beat me.  BS.

Gman is a drama queen.  This is great for poker.  We need something to get the rooms full again.🐠

I haven't read up on it since initial story. What has come out to show she was cheating?

Well it's a ton of circumstantial evidence and more people involved

This Robi chick also posted a DM she supposedly got that it's pretty obvious she wrote it herself about one of her alleged accomplices who took money off her stack

Nobody makes that call, it makes absolutely ZERO sense. She had some sort of outside info. Nobody short of a billionaire is going to just piss away 100k like that. She was also obviously lying when she later changed her story to "I thought I had a 3". In the full stream you can see her stare at her hole cards before calling.

Yes, it seemed to me her goal after the hand was to try and keep it from turning into what it has. She gave the money back hoping he'd come back to the game and nothing would be made of the ridiculous hand. No one gives that money back who won it legit imo

That's an old tweet.....

The Brian guy(who took the 15K) who has been implicated in the cheating scam had access to the hole cards. He moved a filing cabinet in a suspicious manner to block the view allegedly.

And Robi originally wasn't pressing charges on Brian(thief) until after people said that was suspicious and made her look guilty.

She wrote a DM from Brian making her sound innocent. She def wrote it herself too, that's obvious.
