Like the fact we are one of only a few countries in the world that allows birthright citizenship yet you want to make Trump out as some goon for supporting a change?

I bet you, WG and Starkiller could add up your IQs and still not break 100.  WG is the most disturbed however.  Hardly says a thing and say only a little when he does.  You wonder if he plays with guns or something.

That would still be 100x your IQ. You paste eating batshit crazy sky daddy believing moron. I don't have to be verbose to refute the dumb shit you continually spout off about.

So you are saying polling doesn't pick up on small changes when there are close margins? Interesting.

Yes, of course.  Polling can be wrong and blind to nuance.  It's almost like you could learn something from that.

Specifically what part of the Constitution did he try to overrule with DACA?

The part that breaks out the seperation of powers.  Obama had no constitutional powers to change immigration laws.

You are going to find out, that is highly debatable.

But it’s not, since every baby born here is a citizen.

You can say its debatable if that will always be the way things are....

but its not debatable that’s how it is now. So yeah, you were wrong

Ain’t illegal.

And to be clear - slavery is illegal in the United States.  In all forms.

Criminalization of immigration is not about stemming the tide.  It's about limiting options and protections so business can further exploit workers.

See Donald's Polish Brigade for an example.

DACA did not change immigration laws. It only “Deferred Action” as the name suggests. It didn’t grant anyone citizenship, thus it was entirely constitutional.

Actually, it isn’t illegal in all forms.

13th Amendment dude!

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Spoken like a true Christian! Too bad Trump wasn't president when your immigrant ancestors came to this country. Or are you native American?

Spoken like a true white supremacist.

Turn in your liberal card right now, the exemption for the criminal justice system was never intended to provide the basis for a new system of slavery.

That's why the 13th Amendment was also paired with the 14th Amendment to provide equal protection under the law.  To prohibit the abuse of the criminal justice system from becoming a new form of slavery.

Slavery.  It's illegal.

Why is this even a debate?
