Watching him practice he definitely has some Emmanuel Sanders in him. If he’s the number 2 then he’s going to give defenses fits. Also, OP, it seems it would be TT and DJ, not TS in this scenario. Yeah I just read he was ahead of TS today in the Reddit thread about TC today.
OILERMAN
QB makes the WRs If Mariota plays well they'd be fine. They'd still have Walker, Smith and Lewis

No QB was going to make him better last year.
Mythos27
According to the depth chart Sharpe is currently ahead of Jennings. Obviously nothing is set but given he's more of a known commodity that means Jennings really has to show out in the games to unseat him. Iron sharpens iron. Sounds like Taylor is way ahead of last year....

Huston
Deandre Hopkins would disagree.
socaltitan
Tom Brady is the GOAT. I don't feel he should necessarily be the example for everyone else. Just cuz he can make bad to mediocre WR look good doesn't mean Mariota or some other young QB should be expected the same, especially early in their careers. JR is trying to help Mariota succeed, not give him spare parts expecting similar results. Hasn't that been an issue in the past with the Titans? Not doing enough to help a young QB? Most teams support their young QB early. Winston (Evans), Watson (Hopkins), Carr (Cooper), Goff (Cooks) just a few examples

Brady never comes close to a 50 TD season again. 50 td 8 interceptions to 0/0, 28/13 the two years after. It was bradys 11th year in the league before he put up elite numbers without moss... and they pale in comparison

More specifically QBs make a passing game, not the WRs.

Brady wasn’t making bad wrs good until year 11.
socaltitan
After years of seeing Gage, Moulds, and all the other shitty Titans WR, it'd be nice to have some good ones for a change. I do think elite WR are somewhat overrated in the context of winning. Antonio Brown is great. Julio Jones great. Fitzgerald, Hopkins, AJ Green, Beckham Jr great players. None of them have won a SB. TO and Moss never won a SB.

As if they don't catch the ball, and as if one wouldn't go on to become the best ever at doing so.
