problem is if they get the number 1 or 2 pick they have to take the QB, JRob had the luxury of already having Marcus.

Well, that's how Cleveland built the war chest. Passing on the QBs.

NFL teams do not trade away franchise QBs for anything. If the Jets have the top pick and there is an elite QB they obviously will draft him. Or even if they are at #2 and they are lucky enough that there are 2 elite QBs they draft one.

If the Jets want to add to their draft allotment they can start by trading Wilkerson and Richardson

You don't trade it if you think there's a franchise QB and you need one. Jets definitely need one. And it looks like next year's QB class could be pretty good.

Well, what I am saying is that Cleveland did just that by passing on Wentz. And Aussie was saying that they don't have the draft capital like the Browns have.  The Browns got that draft capital by passing on a franchise QB.

Wentz wasn't an elite QB. And they still don't have a QB...

Repeating myself here, but last season Francesa on his radio show was laughing out loud when describing Hakenberg in camp. Like he was at a loss for words, dumbfounded trying to convey just how bad the guy looked trying to throw the ball accurately. Brutal.

Man, everybody lives in Nashville.

It does seem like there are more and more famous people moving there every day.  I was listening to the Yankees game a few weeks ago and they were talking about how happy Chase Headley is that the Predators are winning because he lives in Nashville.  Headley I'm pretty sure is a California guy.

It's easy to fly almost anywhere from Nashville, and with all the celebrities coming and going there's space on a lot of charter flights if you have enough dollars, very few celebs charter exclusively, if there's space they rent it out to defray costs. You have to have the right connections and that's what agents are for. Works out for both sides, you're filling a space on your expensive plane while being assured it's not some psycho fan.

David Harris is signing with the Patriots according to sources

Great landing place for him and typical NE signing, older guy who you don't want to build your team around but still a savvy vet with something left in the tank who can contribute immediately for a year or two; win, win.
