He did take them to an 11-5 record in 1994 which is their best record since 1986. Tom Brady is Tom Brady because of Belicheck. Maybe Belicheck learned how to coach in the past 20+ years. He got an organization to buy into his philosophy. He wont win if he doesnt have a QB so as long as he replaces Brady its hard to imagine that they will suck.
