  1. 1. Do you want Mularkey as HC?

    • Yes
    • No
    • Fuck No and I can't believe the Titans are actually considering it

Mularkey's use of time outs and clock management during the end of the 1st half or game is terrible and that is very telling of a coach.

Maybe the Adam's family just want a nice yes man instead of a good coach?

Would love to hear how he plan's to get this team to the playoffs.

I will never understand their loyalty to Mularkey.

The Titans situation is not his fault, lets be clear, but he has never demonstrated anything to suggest he's the solution for a complex situation like this.

Let Robinson get his guy in here and build a better tomorrow.

Does Robinson even have "his guy?"  He's spent his entire NFL career on the college scouting side.  On one winning team and one losing team.

I'm not even sure he's "all that" when it comes to judging NFL coaches.  Are you?

I get that they hired him to find player talent.  Kudos.  But to think the guy knows coaching talent because he scouted for Belichick says NOTHING about his ability to find the right coach.  Everybody is looking for the next Hoodie wearing genius.  Just because he worked for one doesn't mean he can find the same qualities in others.

It's been reported his guy would Josh McDaniels. They came up in the Patriots organization together.

Sorry, but familiarity doesn't indicate good judgement, and smacks of nepotism.  McDaniels struggled his way to failure in Denver.  Was it because he didn't have Robinson around to tell him Tebow sucked?

It's possible. But coming from Tampa it's just as possible that he wants Lovie Smith.

We don't know his preferences.

Im sure if he (they) decide to go with someone else, a lot around here will believe he is very good at judging coaching talent. Just for the simple fact they wouldnt be sticking with Mularkey.

His experience, or lack thereof, indicates to me that they were more interested in:

A ) His ability to work with a variety of coaching philosophies and personality types.

B ) His ability to find the requisite talent that a coach desires, and the ability to hire and work with others to do the same.

C ) His smarts, and possibly his connections.

From everything I read about the guy, Robinson hasn't been extensively involved with coaching searches and/or hires before, so I suspect him being in the coach's interview room will be more about personality compatibility and interactions than actual choosing.

Whiz went 3-20 with the #Titans. Terrible. Mularkey is 4-19 in his last 23 games. Also, terrible. Mike Mularkey's win % while going 2-7 with the Titans is actually better than his win % in Jacksonville. Almost twice as good, actually.

so he's getting better eh....

This isn't some groupthink message board phenomenon. Twitter feels the same way:

Wait,...  You have 10,300 followers.

I don't think 215 votes is indicative of anything.  Keep retweeting it and see if you can get the overall vote count up.

Wow. I thought it was starting to generate some buzz, but for PK to actually tweet about it...that's huge.

The chances of that happening are another 2.4%.

Better than my chances were of winning the lottery!
