Refs missed a major penalty just before half that was costly. The interception at the end was all on him. He hasn't played a regular season game in 3/4 of a year and only half a dozen games before that. He was kind of rusty. I think they said he got about half of the first team reps this week in practice, too. Why is everyone so eager to jump to conclusions about either of these guys. Just let it play out.... He's better than Mariota, and Mariota was a bad selection. Enjoy your running QB who can't run or pass. According to you this team is light years ahead of last years teams? In fact the only time I seen him put points on the board was when the defense gave him stellar field position? Oh and I know what ya mean about center. I said I'd be satisfied if Mett kept the game closer than 10, he did, I am. No one gets more pissed than I if he tosses a pick. The first one shoulda been overturned, and changes the game if overturned. Second one's on him. Far different from throwing one at games end four weeks straight, or very first play of a drive(see MM).
