ctm
One week into training camp and several important guys around the league have already been lost for the year. It's way too early to know what teams will look like by the time we play them, much less who will win.
scine09
It's too early to know who will be good or who won't. The only thing that we as fans can really look at is Pittsburgh. Beyond that it's a big unknown.
IowaOiler
I think there's a possibility Locker leads us to the playoffs, but there's also a possibility that Fitz might be named starter at some point. If we open the season at 0-3, Munch will make the switch. Almost everything you post is completely wrong. Munch will stick with Locker. Jake was his pick, and he will go down with him if that is the case....but it won't be.

I guess I'm optimistic! I'd have us beating the Colts the second time, but losing to the Broncos. I also think they will lose a game they should win, so 10-6 is my prediction. Atticus
No way we beat the Chargers. We haven't beaten them since the Ice Age. Exactly. I'll believe it when I see it. Should we? Yes. Will we? Doubtful.

Jake was his pick, and he will go down with him if that is the case....but it won't be. How can someone be factually incorrect with something that hasn't happened yet? Those are called opinions. Opinions can't be wrong sir. If Munch was so hell bent on sticking with Locker, why does our backup have more game action than Locker, AND an itch to still be an NFL starter? http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000153518/article/ryan-fitzpatrick-tennessee-titans-role-hard-to-accept Take the fan shades off for a second and look at this logically. If Munch doesn't want to be out on the street on Black Monday, he'll do what he has to do to win games.
scine09
If there's ever a time to beat the Chargers, this is it. The Chargers will be coming off a trip to Philly and have to come back east to play the Titans. And this is one of the worst Chargers teams, at least going in, in recent memory. Omar
11-5 is still my prediction. I have said it before, I really believe that 3 game stretch at home..Chargers, Jets, Chiefs..is key to the season. Get the home crowd excited, get some good momentum at home..and just build off that. Protect the home field and get this crowd loud and interested again. They have to sweep the Jags...no excuse not to, and at least split with Ind and Hou. The five losses I have are @houkmooelw, @Sea, SF, @INd and @ Den. My kool aid stand is up and running...

If Munch doesn't want to be out on the street on Black Monday, he'll do what he has to do to win games. The adjective was 'completely,' not 'factually.' I understand it is you're opinion, but opinion can be wrong, and in this case, yours is. We got Fitz because Locker has shown that his style of play can lead to injuries, and if another should occur this year, I doubt Munch wants to bet his job on Rusty Smith. That being said, if Locker doesn't get injured, he is the man. If Munch was willing to stick with Hass when it was apparent to everyone that Locker was outplaying him, he sure as hell will stay with Locker this year, regardless of the starting experience Fitz has (it was Buffalo). Is there anyone that doesn't understand that Munch needs to win games to stay employed? Hell, only Fisher could get away with never doing that and still retain his job. So was the part about my post stating "Locker could lead us to the playoffs" wrong too? Or are you just over-analyzing the pieces you don't like?
