oh i disagree very much. a 3" pen knife can reach vital organs/ arteries from any entry point from the waist up. you also seem to think it will be one hit to one stab. once you are close there is zero limit to the stabs. once you are close its a flurry and over. the bat is useless and you are more likely to swing around the guy and hit yourself than hitting knife guy.

any lesser action will not be powerful enough to seriously maim and opens the opportunity to stop and/or grab the bat. get your arm up to block and even if the arm breaks (which in reality wont be a compound or terrible break) you could still very very easily wrap an arm around it and tuck it under your arm. bat guys momentum... even from a small swing has to stop and pull back. plenty of time to grab or get close.

because most people dont intend to kill. the bad is a great defensive weapon in that scenario. a dude robbing a store just wants to be threatening. he doesnt want to end a life. e wants to look like the aggressor but really isnt. same with the car video... dude is sitting in his car, this takes away any advantage for the knife. you cant get close enough to stab... literally like poking a tiger in a cage with a stick.

i'd much rather have a 3-4" blade than a machete. you've gotta have some serious knowledge on how to hand a machete. machete's are bad for stabbing and only one side is sharp. the attack rate is slow comparatively and the machete could get knocked from your hand much easier... especially if you contact a swinging bat with it. leverage dude.

a knife takes little expertise. here's pretty much all of it: 1. dont drop the knife. 2. dont stop stabbing/slashing. if you get in close the bat is completely ineffective. both can play the keepaway game but one false move with a bat and your opponnent can get 2-3 stabs/slashes in before you even feel how deep the cuts are.

Because he got better and better as the season progressed... into rating as our top OL guy by the end of the year. It takes a while for OL to gel or get used to a new team, add in the injury and he was more delayed. I think this article was more about levitre… I think he may have been hard on himself early. It takes a while to gel with new players. If he has improved it has gone largely unnoticed by the fans because of the poor play of the team as a whole. warford doesn't pull well like we want our guards to do and he hasn't been as good in the run game. he just doesnt fit what we wanted so even bringing him up is pointless unless you are still trying to be right.. .which of course you are. warmack will be very good in pass blocking once he gets a little more experience. after our first 2 drives we didn't go three and out again the rest of the game... in fact we didn't have a single drive with less than 8 plays. our offense was good sunday.

300 yards is not bad through 3 quarters and actually fairly decent... and yes... look at what the chargers did offensively and tell me again how we did not put up more points an more yards than they did.

the offense was not "pretty bad until the 4th quarter" the game plan was called just fine. we had drops and big plays that didn't go our way but we moved the ball consistently and put up more points and yards than a very very good offense.

it also looks like 2nd downs are his worst downs. which is kinda similar to last year and his rookie year.

rewatched the game last night. locker didn't look bad. he made some pretty good plays and converted some very long third downs. he threw one away but close enough to the sidelines that it may have been possible to make a play... he had a couple of drops... and a couple of the "bad passes" were called PI for us. I counted two inaccurate balls that resulted in nothing positive and one of those his arm may have been hit during the throw. In the first half Locker was hit while throwing on nearly every pass. In the second half it was a little better but he still got rocked quite a bit. Locker will be alright. he doesn't look smooth back there but he's getting it done as of now.
