Would have to rework the whole rookie wage scale, also not their primes unless the are out of the league by year 5. Outside running backs basically every position has their peak around 25-28. I dont think you will see as big of an issue with this as some think. Most of the guys who wont come out will never make it in the nfl so it isn't much of a loss. It will likely just lead to special teams and depth guys being slightly older. Once the new system is in palce for another few years it should find its own equilibrium. These guys cant stay in school forever. If they want to make it in the nfl putting off joining the league doesn't help their chances of sticking around for the 2nd contract.

Na, barton has limitations but he isn't actively terrible. He may be noticeably better in a 4-3. He wont have as much ground to cover. Center and LB 3 are total unknowns at this point. And as sad as it is to say Hooker could be a liability again if he can't get healthy.

It would be around the mid 20s as far as pass attempts per game go. We threw ot 33 a game last year. We were behind a ton so that skewed it but still. Teams just throw it so damn much now.

It would be a near 50/50 split and with a young qb and two of our top wrs doing most of their damage in the 12-25 yard range seems logical to me.

Its possible, all depends on usage. If they use robinson like he was before last year he will have a ton of short catches and he isn't that great after the catch. Not bad, just not great. If you look at the analytics of it he was mostly used to keep the offense on pace. 4-8 yards was his bread and butter. With the injury to nabors that changed a good deal though and maybe Daboll plans to use him all over the place like last year.

Maybe I am wrong but I expect us to throw it around 30 times a game and his completion percentage to be in the low 60s. Ill take a 5% boost to his completions in year 2.

That would be 24 passes per game at 62% completions just to the top 3 targets. Are you expecting us to throw it 32 times a game? Or is he going from 58 to 70% completions? I am trying to be realistic.

Ideal would be something like... Tate: 70 for 1100 7tds Ridley: 50 for 750 5tds Robinson 80 for 900 5tds Then another 50-100 catches split by the rest of the team.

Top 10 for me. I think he will have 2 or 3 really good years where he cracks that top tier but I am not expecting 1400 a year otherwise. Tate has all but become my brand this draft cycle so I have to keep up appearances lol

If people can stay healthy he is in a decent position to hone his craft. I dont expect a huge turn around this year but if he can at least be moderately consistent this year in the more limited role he would be in a good position to make a real jump next year.
